  • Jayson Norris

    Jayson Norris, President and Co-Founder of BlueSummit Medical Group, has established himself as a leader in the healthcare sector, particularly in Home Health and Hospice care. His background in finance, underscored by a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University, has equipped him with the expertise necessary for guiding BlueSummit towards its goal of becoming a premier provider in home care services. Through strategic acquisitions and a focus on client-centered growth, Jayson has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

    Before his current role at BlueSummit, Jayson's career spanned various leadership positions where he demonstrated his prowess in asset management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Notably, as the Managing Director at B.N. Capital and the Executive Vice President and COO at Trust Financial Group, he managed significant portfolios and led successful acquisitions, showcasing his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive business growth.

    Jayson's tenure at Liberty University, where he managed accounts receivable and led financial projects, laid a solid foundation for his understanding of financial operations and project management. This experience, combined with his roles in the financial sector, has provided Jayson with a unique perspective on the healthcare industry, enabling him to lead BlueSummit Medical Group with a blend of financial acumen and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of home care services.

  • Tim Bradbury

    Tim Bradbury serves as the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of BlueSummit Medical Group, His Forward focused leadership is marked by a strong commitment to innovation through tech and strategic growth, with a focus on enhancing industry standards through consolidation and quality-driven changes. Tim's background in healthcare business management has brought Blue Summit success through strategic acquisitions and fostering organic growth. His approach is deeply rooted in a patient-centered philosophy, prioritizing quality outcomes and value-based metrics to ensure the highest level of care.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Tim is deeply committed to “hands on” humanitarian efforts. His work spans initiatives aimed at serving and supporting the deaf communities in third-world countries, supporting orphanages and children's homes in Asia, india, Africa, Cuba, Bahamas, and the Middle East, combating child sex trafficking, operating Domestic Therapeutic Foster Care homes, and a deep commitment to his family, his wife and five children. Tim's blend of professional drive, community service, and family values underscores his mission to make a significant, positive impact while enhancing individual lives. His life and work show purposeful leadership, demonstrating his belief in making the world a better place.

  • Dr. Wanda Hull PT, DPT, HCS-D, COSC

    Dr. Hull is a Physical Therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a COS-C and HCS-D certified. Dr. Hull completed her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of MS Medical Center and her Doctorate from ATSU in 2013 with extensive research on the predictors of re-hospitalization in the geriatric population.

    She is a dedicated, compassionate and results-driven healthcare professional eager to leverage her unparalleled 35+ year background in home healthcare with experience from field clinician to executive positions. Since 2001, she has performed various executive positions including Local Director, Regional Director, Corp. Director, AVP, VP, and COO for three large home care companies. Dr. Hull as also served as a Certified Kinnser Trainer supporting Kinnser in onboarding of large Home Health Companies.

    Dr. Hull authored both “Safe Strides” and “Balanced for Life” which are Trademarked Programs for two National Home Health Companies. Through these, she had an impressive track record of streamlining operations and enhancing productivity through successfully implementing clinical programs and developing top performing clinical, business development and operational teams resulting in outstanding clinical outcomes.

    Dr. Hull currently owns Hull Healthcare Consulting providing ICD-10 Coding, QA, clinical trainings, implementation of clinical programs, operational analysis, audits, and support for survey readiness.

  • William Mayes

    William Mayes is a distinguished corporate executive with extensive senior executive experience within regional and national multi-divisional healthcare enterprises. With nearly three decades dedicated to the realms of Skilled Home Healthcare, Hospice, and Private Duty services, Mayes has navigated the complexities of corporate growth and development, mergers and acquisitions, operational efficiencies, sales strategies, and corporate marketing initiatives.

    Throughout his career, Mayes has held pivotal senior leadership roles at esteemed organizations including Amedisys, Senior Home Care, Intrepid Healthcare Services, Care Advantage, Diversified Healthcare Group, Carter Healthcare, and Blue Summit Medical Group. His expertise and visionary leadership have been instrumental in shaping the trajectory of these successful healthcare entities, setting benchmarks for excellence and innovation within the industry.

    Beyond the boardroom, Mayes is a devoted family man, sharing his life journey with his beloved wife Lynn and their accomplished children: son Joshua, and daughters Kerstin and Abigail. They also revel in the joy of being grandparents to Aubrey, Carson, Azaleen Lynn, and Bexler, imbuing their home with warmth and laughter.

    In his leisure moments, William and Lynn find joy in savoring tranquil moments at home, actively engaging in their church community, and nurturing their verdant yard and garden—a testament to Mayes's enduring connection to his farming roots. Indeed, while the world may change, Mayes's steadfast commitment to family, community, and the simple pleasures of life remains unwavering—a testament to the timeless values that define his character.
